For a long time, aquafitness was considered a leisure activity for the elderly.
But times have changed. Exercising in water has many positive effects on the body, such as strengthening the immune system, protecting the joints, improving flexibility, strengthening the cardiovascular system, activating blood circulation and relaxing the muscles.
We look forward to a full body workout together, everyone according to their abilities and with a lot of fun.

We start with confidence exercises between the instructor and the student and confidence exercises about water. In the following lessons the children will be shown how to move their arms and legs, the rocket, the sea star and diving. In this course the contact between parents and instructor is very important in order to support and encourage the child.
The Seepferdchen certification is possible. The following tasks must be completed:
- 25 m swim without swimming aids
- Jump from the edge of the pool
- Pick up an object with your hands from deep water.
Swimming lessons are usually held Monday through Friday.
