As a family-friendly hotel in the Harz Mountains, you and your children will especially benefit from our 40,000 square meters of nature-oriented outdoor grounds. Here there are almost endless possibilities for play, fun and adventure for the whole family.

Your children will discover the outdoors in a new way and some even become a great adventure here. Super long slope slide, huge adventure playground, trampolines, kettcar race track, soccer and basketball court, as well as a covered sandbox and beach volleyball.

In addition to these great play worlds, there is also plenty of open space between meadows, bushes and trees to play tag and hide and seek.

An animal vacation pleasure
Animal-loving children's hearts also get their money's worth. Because our farm animals are already looking forward to being petted and love to be fed.
  • Goat enclosure and small animal aviary - watch what the animals do all day long, you are welcome to help with the feeding
  • Riding lessons in the neighboring riding stable - lungeing lessons, riding lessons and rides are offered here. Guest boxes available.

Tavern - Our outdoor bar invites you to a little refreshment for in between

So that no one has to become a raisin from all the romping and playing, there are tasty and healthy refreshments and homemade lemonades all day long in the outdoor bar, the tavern.

Barbecue and campfire area - bake bread with family and new friends

In the evening, when peace and quiet slowly return and the children, exhausted from the eventful day, seek the closeness of mom and dad again, the place by the campfire is the most beautiful there can be. We read stories and sing songs. This is a relaxing way to end the day.

The soccer field with handball goal and basketball court can be found right next to the Kettcar track.
